The conditions that regulate the use of this website are indicated as follows. These conditions constitute a legal agreement between the user and Artinclub. Please read the entire agreement before using the website or downloading any image. If you do not acknowledge the conditions of the agreement, you must interrupt the use of the website.
Website ownership
This website is owned by Artinclub. All the contents in this website, including but not limited to, texts, artwork, photographs, illustrations, images and software, are owned by Artinclub and by its contents suppliers.
Protection of the intellectual property
All the elements that make up the Artinclub website, including but not limited to artwork project and contents, are protected by registered trademarks, copyrights, moral and legal rights relative to the intellectual property. Unless an explicit agreement is made with Artinclub, no part of element of this website can be copied or republished and this website and relative rights remain owned by Artinclub.
Compensation for breach of agreement
The user is committed to compensate Artinclub and the content suppliers against any damage caused by the non-compliance to these conditions or for the unauthorized use of the contents of the website.
How the images in the website can be used
The images can be commercially used once you have purchased the license of use. For all other uses, not provided by the website, we ask you to please contact us.
Acquittance for models and property
In no way is Artinclub responsible or guarantees the existence of an acquittance associated to the images. In no way is Artinclub responsible or gives any guarantee on the use of names, registered trademarks, project designs or artistic works registered or protected by copyright taken from the images. The user must make a request to Artinclub for the necessary documents proving the acquittance for reproducing the images.
If the user authorizes Artinclub to send promotional or communication material, Artinclub can do it by e-mail. Artinclub will periodically inform the user who during registration will have given his approval with regards to special promotions, information or new services considered interesting for the user. At any moment, the user can change his mind and deny approval for sending such material, acquiring access to preferences from his own reserved area.
Protection of personal data
The information supplied by the user is saved in a database and will not be supplied to third parties.

Artinclub uses cookies to help the client to personalize the online experience and to make it possible to consult the works, the voting and allow the artist to change his own personal profile.
Disclaimers
In no way does Artinclub guarantee possible interruption in the service or malfunctioning of the software, as well as dissatisfaction in the quality of the images per particular use. Law applicable – Competence The present contract is regulated by the Italian law. Any possible controversy will be subject to the exclusive competence of the Court of Rome.
The artists who contribute to the databank of images in Artinclub are not directly controlled by Artinclub and we are not responsible for the contents published by them. Any damage caused by the images published cannot be blamed directly on Artinclub.
